What if everyone understood your company’s path forward the way you do?

If they could execute it – even pivot – with less friction?

If you had a neutral, experienced partner – that "cross-functional glue” – who could make everything work together, so you don’t have to hand-hold?

And what if you could get that senior-level impact, without the senior-level investment?

Spire can help.

Spire closes the gap between strategy and execution.

Hitting ambitious goals requires flawless execution.

As organizations grow, that becomes nearly impossible without a clear executive-level plan and strong operational alignment against it.

That alignment is also the secret to managing most growing pains: things like employee frustration around the company’s direction or their role. Like dips in Board confidence. Executive team misalignment. Missed targets.

Spire works with leaders to tighten that “strategy-execution” alignment – in a way that makes sense for them.

We also help you smartly manage the inevitable twists and turns along the way.

Our approach is light-touch and practical – designed to make things more coherent, not complicated.

Our goal is to preserve what makes an organization special – it’s soul - adding clarity and just enough structure to scale with minimal bureaucracy.

Testimonials

“Gina can see the whole playing field – from the big strategic questions to tactical friction points – which makes her an invaluable asset for any leadership team. She gets up to speed fast, thinks 5 steps ahead, and quickly makes connections that have substantive implications for a company’s performance. Not only is Gina able and willing to shine a light on the tough decisions and friction points, but she can also chart the path toward a practical solution.”

— Managing Director, $75B+ global private equity firm

“I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the smartest, most team- and goal-oriented people in the world and count Gina in that group. She brings to the table the ability to challenge your thinking, see alternative viewpoints – including key stakeholders – and knows when to stop admiring the problem. We’ve worked together in several capacities, with our most recent challenge being among the hardest to tackle: a no-fail transformation that crossed all company functions and involved competing priorities at the highest levels. With Gina on our team, we not only distilled an incredibly complex plan so we could actually manage it, but we also simplified it so thousands of employees around the world could think and act strategically, without executive hand-holding."

— Former COO, Fortune 200 technology company

“Gina has been a key thought-partner as I’ve grown my company from zero to $12M+. She does an excellent job challenging me to address hard truths about our company’s strategy, in a way that’s both practical and productive. Although she brings a wealth of knowledge and depth of experience, she isn’t tied to conventions or “best practices”. Instead, Gina takes the time to understand our company and works with me to come up solutions that make sense for us. I have no doubt I will continue to rely on her as we grow further.”

— Founder/ CEO, home healthcare company (top 5% nationally)

“Gina joined our team, in the office of the Chief Operating Officer, at a time when the company was at a critical inflection point.  It had neither the commercial nor operational strategy to support its ambitions, the plan to turn those into a reality, or the visualization for how to bring a global operations team of almost 6,000 along in that journey.  She lead us through the hard work of getting to substantive priorities including the hard decisions and trade-offs that are inherent in those calls.  As a result of Gina’s talent, we were able to define the strategy, distill the plan, and clearly articulate the path forward to all of the necessary stakeholders – from the Board of Directors to the most junior employees, and everyone in between.  But the work didn’t end there as Gina was also vital to helping us marshal the resources and ensure we executed as designed.”

— Former VP of transformation (currently a COO), Fortune 200 company

“I would recommend Gina to any CEO or COO struggling to get their company to the next level. Especially for founders, it’s so easy to fall into the tactical day-to-day, and overlook the reality that your leadership team – and company – is no longer operating as a cohesive unit. Gina sees the things others miss, particularly when it comes to the “gaps” between goals and actual execution. Growing a company is hard, and having an advisor like Gina in your corner makes all the difference.”

— Founder/ CEO, strategic communications company

“Gina is laser-focused on achieving outcomes and ensuring that you and your teams are creating a strategy and plan that allows you to achieve them. She is incredibly gifted at framing complicated issues in a way that all levels of stakeholders can understand, from board level down to the individual team member. She spends time getting to the heart of the problem and understanding the solution, understanding both the strategic and tactical levels.”
